Òâ°ºÌåÓý

After a competitive selection process, Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction was chosen to lead the renovation construction of a full demolition and build back of a 38,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art office space for Dell EMC Technologies. This space is the floor above an active data center and requires full coordination and integration with existing raised access flooring throughout. Key architectural features such as artistic sound walls, custom glass partitions and floating workspaces throughout the floor plans. Additional upgrades and technology infrastructure to existing labs in this building were also part of the scope. The diligent coordination by the project team resulted in remaining contingency funds from the original construction build to be dedicated to lighting and power improvements in several active lab spaces. This work was also coordinated and executed by Òâ°ºÌåÓý and our skilled trade partners. This project was Designed to LEED CI Gold. Although official certification was not pursued by the client, all references were maintained by Òâ°ºÌåÓý.
