The AN4 Project consisted of the complete renovation and interior fit-out of a 280,000 sq. ft. five-story office building. The project scope included limited site work, interior office space improvements as well as lab space, health clinic, conference center, fitness center, café, and dining space. The interior non-structural components and finishes were demolished, and all interior surfaces were also refinished.
The infrastructure included new air handling units and associated control systems, air distribution system, modification of existing fire protection systems, life safety systems, and the installation of new security, power/telecom distribution systems. Proper care was placed by the 意昂体育 team between the AN4 demolition and fit-up to segregate the office space and the lab space from the existing tenant.
