Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s ESG strategy is centered on three core pillars: sustaining our planet, protecting and actively caring for people, and purposefully transforming our industry. Our commitments include key goals to:

Achieve Net Zero Emissions: Òâ°ºÌåÓý is dedicated to achieving Net Zero Emissions for our own operations by 2030 and across our supply chain by 2040. This commitment involves reducing embodied carbon in construction materials and utilizing innovative technologies to minimize our environmental footprint. 

Enhance Supply Chain Engagement: Òâ°ºÌåÓý is committed to fostering transparency and ethical practices within our supply chain. Òâ°ºÌåÓý collaborates with trade partners to ensure sustainable material sourcing and actively supports Underrepresented Business Enterprises. Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s goal is to achieve local and diverse supplier participation of 20% of subcontracted revenue by 2028. We also work with partners to promote best practices to improve an ethical supply chain​​.

Promote Equity and Inclusion: Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s 2030 vision is for our company to reflect the diversity of our communities and to achieve equitable representation at every level of our company. The Diversity Advocate Network and the Inclusive Leadership Academy develop diverse talent while we also ensure pay equity across gender and race, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees​​.
