Òâ°ºÌåÓý

This work is personal - personal to me and personal to the members of the Inclusion Action Committee and the Recruitment Team. I know how it feels to be the only Black person on a jobsite, let alone in the entire Business Unit. I know the feeling of being on an island on your own. Now, almost 27 years later, my daughter Jalyn is working in the very business unit where I began my career. I don’t want my daughter to ever feel that isolation. We don’t want any of our Òâ°ºÌåÓý family to feel that way. And this is what drives us to make Òâ°ºÌåÓý the most diverse and the most inclusive company we can be.

Recruiting from colleges and universities is one of the primary ways we bring in new talent to the Òâ°ºÌåÓý community. As we look to bring in the best and brightest, we also need to ensure that we are recruiting diverse talent, both college graduates and experienced hires.

The Inclusion Action Committee has identified Òâ°ºÌåÓý Recruiting as an area of focus as we pursue our goal to reflect the communities in which we live and build. Our position as the industry leader depends on it. For that reason, we will continue to build our future by recruiting the best to all levels within the company and then providing them with challenging opportunities.  Our dedication to these recruiting efforts will contribute to the success of our company and foster the personal development of all employees.
