Ryan Gundy is the Special Projects Division Manager (SPD) for Lathrop, which specializes in interior renovations, tenant improvements and small- to mid-size new build projects.

As the SPD Manager, Ryan provides executive oversight and manages all resources provided by Lathrop during the preconstruction and construction phases of the project. He is responsible for all operations including contract negotiations, client services, project quality, schedule and profitability. Ryan began his career at Lathrop in 2010. He has held positions as Engineer, Cost Analyst, Project Manager and was promoted to his current position in 2022. Ryan has a Bachelor in Business Management from Bowling Green State University.
