With more than 35 years of industry experience, Rick has played an instrumental role in many of Vancouver’s large-scale projects in the capacity of building, phasing, scheduling, and logistics planning. During this time, he has demonstrated skills as a creative problem solver with a high level of organization, which makes him well suited for the complex challenges which may arise throughout a project. At Canadian Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company, he supports team members at projects across the city and monitors scheduling to resolve any issues that could impact budget, quality, or schedule before they occur. His major successes include projects such as the Abbotsford Centre Arena, Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre, Oakridge Centre Preconstruction, and many more. Rick holds a "Master Builder" designation at Òâ°ºÌåÓý, a prestige given to those who emphasize building acumen and have delivered the industry's most complex and sophisticated projects.
