With over a decade of experience and a Master of Public Health from Indiana University, she has honed her expertise through various construction safety roles, where she specialized in developing safety programs and policies for life science and healthcare clients.

Her career highlights include being nominated for Indianapolis' Best and Brightest in Construction and participating in initiatives like Junior Achievement Job Spark. LaToya's dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of others is evident in her work, particularly in healthcare construction, where she has seen firsthand the immediate impact that projects can have on patients and user groups.
