​Kevin joined Òâ°ºÌåÓý in the Miami office in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. Over his career, Kevin has focused his efforts throughout Florida primarily in the South Florida Market. Kevin began his career in the Higher Education market, and next constructed high-rise condominiums in Miami’s Brickell District. Following his condo experience Kevin was part of the team managing the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) which consisted of over 40 acres of development including 1 million sq. ft. of parking for the Miami Airport’s Rental Car business, an elevated train station connecting the MIC with MIA, and a ground transportation hub. In 2015, Kevin became the manager for Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s South Florida Special Projects Division where he focused on managing the Interiors market throughout the Tri-County Area and smaller ground up projects. In January, 2025, Kevin was promoted to his current position of VP, General Manager of the South Florida Business Unit.
