Tom is an experienced commercial construction manager with 25 years of experience and a history of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar retail and commercial construction, residential & multi-family construction, and infrastructure projects for government and private-sector clients. He is a strong presence on all construction projects, and a team player, backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions.
Tom holds a degree in Construction Management from Seminole State College of Florida.
